About me
Hi, I’m Alisa — and I know how intimidating the gym can feel when you’re just starting out.
Not knowing what to do, avoiding certain areas, following random workouts without a plan — I’ve seen it over and over again.
That’s exactly why I do what I do.
I help women learn how to train with confidence, understand what they’re doing, and actually feel strong in the gym.
My background started in martial arts, where I built discipline, consistency, and a deep understanding of how the body moves.
I later earned my degree from the Russian Academy of Physical Education and Sport, and continued my education in the U.S. as a certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach.
But what matters most isn’t just education — it’s experience.
Over the years, I created a simple, structured approach that actually works in real life.
I created my gym as a private, judgment-free space where you can learn the fundamentals, build strength, and gain confidence step by step.
